I started the Ally Kickboxing website because of all the questions I would get from students after class. I never felt like I had enough time to properly explain questions that were a little more nuanced because there were multiple people with questions or because people have lives outside of training and couldn't stick around for an hour after class. This gives me the chance to go a little deeper into topics that I think are important and might be of value.
